Alfred LagardeAlfred Lagarde © Veronica17 November 2011: After Bodine's debut album was released in February 1981, Alfred Lagarde was quick to invite the band to be guests on his radio show, VARA's Betonuur. All band members were present. It's the first time in the history of internet that the illustrous quartet can be heard speaking again! The interview is purling and spontaneous.
Rheno, when asked about his musical influences: "Jimi Hendrix? Who's that?"
Gerard, about the meaning of Bodinism: "We're all descendants of the Indian guru Swie Bodine..."
Jay, about the song writing process: "We use to rehearse our songs in a rat hole..."
Armand, about Krokus:"Blurrrgh!"
The (edited) radio broadcast is most likely dated 5 March 1981 and can be heard here!

Thanks to Han Hijzelendoorn and Paul Evers of Time is Running Productions!

BODINE gig in De Melkweg

1979-05-27 Melkweg Bodine-tn9 November 2011: Another historic find by Martin Stassen! On 27 May 1979, Bodine performed in Melkweg, Amsterdam, together with Sustain and Uncle Rednose. The evidence is supported with an authentic poster ad, that looks more like a riddle. See if you can find Bodine on it!
